As today's Sales Director for Microsoft Business, Michelle's main responsibility is ensuring achievement of sales and revenue targets of Microsoft consulting business and outsourcing solutions. Michelle brings with her a wealth of sales and marketing experience, has exceptional client relationship skills and has proven ability in strategic marketing and key account management. She has an outstanding record of achievement in exceeding revenue targets.
Michelle is an avid reader and topping her list of favorite books are 7 Habits by Stephen Covey and How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie. Michelle also supports advocacies such as sponsoring kids to school through World Vision.
Luisita Alvarado, Sales Director - Oracle
Lui Alvarado is the Oracle Sales Director of NTT Data PH. As the head of Sales, she manages the Oracle business' health, balancing revenue with quality and customer service.
A customer-facing sales leader, backed up with 18 years of experience in cross-sales organizations of software, services and hardware, Lui is responsible for providing enterprise solutions across industries such as financial, education, manufacturing, government, utilities, among others.
Lui is a consistent sales achiever, business strategist and a role model to a high performing and motivated Sales Team. She is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the Oracle business, leading the team towards the achievement of the company's goals. She is also responsible for managing a successful and strategic partner ecosystem.
She holds a degree in Business Management at St. Scholastica's College and has completed a Management Development Program at the Asian Institute of Management.
